Here are a few answers to our most frequently asked questions about usage credits

Each time AVA sends a text message on your behalf, 2 credits will be deducted from your credit balance (This applies to messages sent to the US and Canada, costs for other countries are available in the members area.

Yes! Your usage credits will "roll over" from month to month however all credits expire 90 days after they are purchased.

This only happens if you don't use the same email address in your order that you do to login to the platform with.  No problem! Just text the word "CREDITS" to AVA and she'll help you get credit for your purchase!  If AVA can't help you, feel free to contact us.

Ouch, that sucks.  However, we can in no way GUARANTEE delivery of your text messages and you will be charged for EVERY outgoing message from the platform without exception, just as we are 🙂

YES! Our platform can send and receive text messages to most anywhere in the world.  We do not work with high risk countries such as India, Africa, Russia, China, Pakistan & Iran. 

Yup! You may cancel your monthly subscription anytime you wish.  But, why would you?!

There are absolutely ZERO REFUNDS on credit usage purchases.  Please make sure to cancel any monthly renewal before it's due to avoid this issue.  Our system will notify you in plenty of time so no worries!

Yup but you must maintain at least the $10 subscription active in order to pay for your Phone Number! The system is no use to you without a phone number...You may cancel your monthly subscription anytime you wish.  But, why would you?!
